Felino Dolloso has been cast in one of Hollywood’s top action films that begins filming in March.
The Filipino-Australian actor plays a key supporting role in the movie Point Break 2, directed by Jan De Bont. De Bont is known for the success of his box-office action-thrillers Twister and Speed which starred Keanu Reeves.
Felino is a graduate from the Victorian College of the Arts. His acting credits include roles in the plays, ‘The Kid, Barbarians, Exception and the Rule, Twelfth Night, The Dumb Waiter and the Jungle Book.’
His other film credits include ‘Balibo,’ starring Anthony Lapaglia, a feature soon to be released. ‘Candy,’ a 2006 feature film starring the late Australian actor Heath Ledger, Abbie Cornish and Geoffrey Rush. Felino has also held supporting roles in the feature film ‘Wanted,’ and numerous short films such as ‘Collared, Slabs, Karaoke Man, Let’s shoot Max instead!, Touch, Divorce Case’ to name but a few.
Felino's agent, Liza Brock from Brock Management states, ‘Felino has worked incredibly hard to get to this point in his career, he is an outstanding actor who can work across all mediums within the entertainment industry, we believe this to be his break out role and more Hollywood features are sure to follow.’
